Coaching Effects on University Admission

University admission is challenging, and can be less so with careful planning.  A considerable number of Australian medical school candidates go to training prior to undertaking entry choice tests, however our study reveals that coaching does not help and might even prevent their performance on an MMI. As practice on similar MMI jobs does enhance ratings, tasks should be turned each year.
Additional research study is needed on the predictive validity of the UMAT, given that training appeared to have a little positive result on the non-verbal thinking component of the test.
