Did you know you can pursue a career during (and after) your time at uni?
Where there is a WIL there is a way...
Most universities offer Work Integrated Learning (WIL) which means that work experience actually counts toward course completion. Contact the university you are interested in to get details on the courses that are covered under the WIL arrangement.

University of Newcastle
Careers counsellors are available to help you with the critical things employers are looking for, such as a well prepared CV and a great cover letter. They’ll also help you with information on potential employers, salary, labour markets and professional association contacts.
On-campus careers expos give students the chance to meet potential employers and explore career options.
Charles Sturt University
The Careers Service at CSU provides :

University of Sydney
The University of Sydney Careers Centre helps current and recently graduated students build employability skills, plan careers and look for work. You’ll also find help with writing resumes as well as interview and job search skills.
The Careers Centre offers a range of services to help employers connect with University of Sydney students, including Careers Fairs, Information Sessions and job advertisements.
University of New England
Career Development staff are available to work with you throughout your time at UNE, to help you make the transition from study to a fulfilling career.
Services are provided free to both internal and external students including:

University of New South Wales
UNSW Careers and Employment provides a number of employment related services to current UNSW students and graduates.
UNSW Careers and Employment empowers UNSW students and graduates with the skills to successfully manage their career and links them with employers. Our services are free to students.
Careers Online is for students interested in casual, part-time, vacation and graduate employment, both on and off campus (local and international).
Employer events are run throughout the year, and are very well attended; these include UNSW Careers Expos, employer Information Sessions and Guest Workshops. A range of Careers Education workshops and programs are available thourought the year to assist students with career planning and finding employment.
North Coast TAFE
North Coast TAFE’s Counselling and Careers Service assists students with further study and career planning. Job vacancies are advertised on noticeboards and via Careers Connect, a self-service web database connecting TAFE students and graduates directly with employers promoting job vacancies.
