Study and Work
Are you looking to launch your first career? Do you want to expand your skills? Are you re-entering the job market? Or perhaps you’re seeking a career change.
University has the flexibility to allow you to devise your own timetable to balance study with work, family, and social commitments.
You can study part-time or full-time for many degrees. Full-time study is generally four subjects per semester; part-time being one or two subjects a semester.
Whether you study full or part-time at a university campus, locally or away, or by online or distance study, or through a TAFE to Uni pathway, you’ll have considerable flexibility to combine your study with paid or voluntary work.
If you would like to participate in paid or voluntary work experience on the Mid North Coast, we have many options available through the Mid North Coast Tertiary Work Placement Program.
You just need to establish a balance that fits your study demands and your financial situation.
